My Dear Husband...

So I wasn't feeling well yesterday when I got home do to some crampiness from all the stretching going on making room for the baby. Last night during grace my husband says the following:

Lord,
Thank you for the food we are about to eat. Please help MB feel better and please help MM's uterus to stop aching.

I automatically burst out laughing. Bless his heart.

I'm back...

Ya, so i've not posted in awhile. I've been busy with the holidays and traveling. Here's my summary of the cruise we took last week:

So we went on our cruise. Ugh. MB was very good and happy he was just SO ACTIVE it killed us. We would put him down and he was gone. If he cried or something in the room i would freak because i was afraid he was bothering the people next to us. We did have a good time though but i am so wore out it's ridiculous. If my family had not been there to help out i probably would have either jumped ship and swam home or got on a plane at the first port. No more cruises for awhile.

Me...the person who once thought she could travel the world and never be tired of it is ready to put vacationing on hold for awhile. What kids will do to a person.

I'd hate to see what she would have done if it had been a baseball!

Police: Woman hit teens after golf ball struck car
Tuesday, December 7, 2004 Posted: 8:07 AM EST (1307 GMT)

Kathy Feaganes Allen is being held without bail.

ST. AUGUSTINE, Florida (AP) -- A woman ran over two teenage brothers after they accidentally hit her sport utility vehicle with a golf ball they were bouncing in a parking lot, officials said. One of the boys suffered life-threatening injuries.

The 14- and 16-year-old boys were bouncing the golf ball in a shopping center parking lot Sunday afternoon when it went astray and struck the SUV driven by 47-year-old Kathy Feaganes Allen, sheriff's Deputy Greg Suchy said.

No damage was done, and the boys apologized and began to walk away, Suchy said. Allen started to drive away, but suddenly made a U-turn, ran over a median and struck the teens before knocking over a light pole, Suchy said.

"I tried to run. I blacked out. I woke up bleeding," Justin Marshman, 16, told The Florida Times-Union.

She then allegedly went after a third brother, but did not hit him. A witness said that after the SUV came to rest, Allen got out of the car and smoked a cigarette with the boys lying on the ground in pain.

"She charged them. This was the most deliberate act," witness Russell McPhee said. "After she ran them down, she got out of the car and lit a cigarette like a movie star."

Isiah Grayer, 14, was in critical condition Monday. Justin Marshman, his stepbrother, was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Brent Woolbright of the St. Johns County Public Defender's Office said he was assigned Allen's case Monday and was trying to get all the facts.

"I talked to her, and her story is a little different that what was reported," he said.

Allen told the court she has mental problems. A judge ordered her held without bail Monday on three counts of attempted murder.

The downfall to winter...

I love Winter. It's my favorite season. The one downfall though is the price of fruit right now. I love fruit. No, i mean i LOVE it. Now, that i'm pregnant i'm craving grapes. Not just any grape but green grapes. I was in the grocery store last week and as i checked out the girl asked if i still wanted the grapes. I looked at the price they rang up as and it was over $7!! This was just a normal bag of grapes. I told her a sad no and went on my way. This morning on my way into work i started craving them again. I stop at the store and they only have RED!

Some of you may think this is just stupid but don't come between a pregnant woman and her cravings. Things could get ugly...fast.
